Refund policy

At VIDYA SHOP, we want our customers to have a satisfactory shopping experience. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered, you may contact us for a return or replacement.

Return Eligibility

A return request may be accepted if:

  • The product is received damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product or incorrect item is delivered.
  • The product received is significantly different from the product description.
  • The product is unused and in its original condition, where applicable.

Return Conditions

The product should be:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • In its original packaging.
  • In the same condition in which it was received.
  • Accompanied by the order details/invoice where applicable.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs or videos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the case.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request appropriate bank/payment details to process an approved refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
  • Used, washed, altered, or modified products.
  • Products without original packaging where the packaging is required.
  • Products returned after the applicable return period.
  • Products damaged because of incorrect washing, ironing, storage, or care.
